If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first, much like returning an item to the shop that sold it. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Hihulivar Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Write to Us

Send an email to contact@hihulivar.live and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we learned and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
