About Hihulivar Walk-In Tubs and How Referrals Work
Who We Are
Hihulivar Walk-In Tubs is a referral service for homeowners who want a safer way to bathe. We are not a contractor. We do not show up with tools. We explain, and then we connect.
Why We Exist
Choosing a walk-in tub or an accessible shower can feel like learning a new language. Terms like seat height, drain placement and door seal pile up fast. We exist to turn that into plain words, so you can ask better questions.
How Providers Are Matched
Think of a good matchmaker at a dinner party. They do not cook the meal. They seat you next to the right person. When you send a request, we look at what you need and where you live. Then we pass it to an independent provider in our network who serves your area.
The provider takes it from there. They measure, quote, build and install.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and patient. That means:
- Explaining the work and the price in writing
- Answering questions without pressure
- Checking the room before promising anything
- Being honest about what is and is not possible
We cannot vouch for every detail of every job. That is why we also teach you what to ask.
What We Do Not Do
We do not install, repair or remove anything. We do not set prices. We do not hold your deposit or sign your contract. Your agreement is with the provider you choose.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay for the referrals we send. You are never obligated to hire anyone. You can compare quotes and walk away.
Where You Can Help, and Where You Cannot
Some jobs are fine for a homeowner to help with. Clearing the bathroom, measuring the doorway or picking a color is easy. Moving plumbing, cutting floors, waterproofing and electrical work need professional tools and skills. A small leak behind a wall is like a slow tire leak. You may not see it until the damage is big.
