Our Commitment to an Accessible Website
Last updated: October 2026
Hihulivar Walk-In Tubs wants hihulivar.live to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. To get there, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
A good website is like a well-lit hallway: you should be able to find your way without help. To that end, we try to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Make every page work with a keyboard
- Arrange pages so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly out of our reach. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@hihulivar.live and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
If a page or feature gave you trouble, let us know by email at contact@hihulivar.live. It helps if you can share:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What happened and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Still Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the website, we will keep working to make it better.
